PLAYER HELP

A game will not load? Start here.

Work out whether a loading problem comes from the connection, browser, graphics support, or saved data without immediately deleting your progress.

A browser game needs more than the page text to load. Its graphics, sounds, and engine files arrive separately, and a slow or interrupted request can leave a game screen looking blank. Use the checks below in order. Begin with actions that preserve your current save and change only one thing at a time.

Check whether the site or only the game is affected

Open the game description and another ordinary page, such as this guide. If neither loads, the problem is broader than the game engine: check your connection and try again later. If the description loads but the playable area does not, leave the game open long enough for its assets to arrive before reloading.

Try one other game in the catalog. If only one title fails, include that distinction in a support message. “Water Sort fails, but Smash Blocks opens” is much more useful than “the website is broken.” Avoid repeatedly opening several games together, since that adds competing downloads and memory use.

Reload without clearing saved progress

First use an ordinary page reload. If the problem remains, close the game tab and reopen it from its description page. Close other graphically demanding tabs and applications, especially on a phone with limited memory.

Do not begin by deleting all cookies or site data. Some of these builds store progress, settings, or a best score in the browser. Clearing site storage can remove those records. A normal reload and a full site-data reset are different actions.

Check browser and graphics support

Use an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled. The games use canvas rendering and some use WebGL, so restrictive browser modes, disabled graphics acceleration, or a blocked graphics context can prevent them from starting even when ordinary pages work.

Try another current browser to narrow the problem down. A successful test there suggests a browser-specific setting or extension, but it does not transfer the save from your original browser. If an extension blocks a game request, review the specific blocked domain rather than disabling all protection permanently.

When touch or sound seems unresponsive

Tap inside the game area after it opens. Browsers may require a user interaction before playing audio. Also check the in-game sound setting and the device volume. A muted tab can remain silent even when the device volume is high.

If dragging does not work, start the gesture inside the playable frame and keep the pointer there. On mobile, try the full-screen control where your browser supports it. Rotating the phone can change the game scale, so wait for the canvas to resize before touching a small control again.

Send a reproducible report

Include the game name, the page address, your device model, operating system, browser version, and the point at which loading stopped. Tell us whether another game worked and which of the steps above you tried. A screenshot can help show whether the problem is a blank frame, a frozen loading screen, or an in-game prompt.

Do not send passwords, payment details, or private account information. The contact page opens an email draft in your own mail application; it does not silently submit a support ticket. You can also copy the published address into the email service you already use.
